YOUR YEAR, MAPPED FROM DAY ONE

Know what’s next.

At onboarding, members receive a personalized 12-month media and promotion calendar. It identifies their scheduled monthly media-coverage visits, planned campaign themes, content deadlines, and any confirmed appearances—so participation has structure from the start.

01–03
Introduce your story

Onboarding, profile development, introductory publicity, and the first scheduled media-coverage visits.

04–06
Build visibility

Continue monthly coverage and identify relevant interviews, editorial features, and programming opportunities.

07–09
Connect your audience

Explore cross-franchise collaborations, member stories, and promotional opportunities connected to your work.

10–12
Build your media portfolio

Organize published stories and available recordings, review activity, and plan the next chapter.

A real calendar—not a vague promise.
Each paid membership month includes one scheduled on-site media-coverage visit with a correspondent interview and written story. The annual calendar distinguishes confirmed dates from proposed appearances; television, radio, and other placements beyond the stated benefits remain subject to editorial selection and production scheduling.

BEYOND VISIBILITY

Build together.
Give back together.

Harlem Renaissance 4.0 is designed to connect members as people, not just profiles. Alongside media and promotion, we are developing a community calendar centered on peer support, shared wellness, and opportunity for the next generation.

03 / DESTINATION & TOURISM MARKETING

Promote places.
Measure the journey.

We work with organizations that bring visitors to places—not only individual businesses. Partnerships can be shaped around a destination, visitor audience, campaign, or regional economic-development goal.

DESTINATIONS

CVBs, DMOs & tourism offices

Connect with new visitor audiences, develop cross-market campaigns, spotlight local experiences, and explore reciprocal destination promotion.

BUSINESS NETWORKS

Chambers of Commerce

Help member businesses become easier for visitors to discover, coordinate local business campaigns, and connect tourism activity with economic-development priorities.

VISITOR EXPERIENCES

Attractions & hospitality

Promote museums, theaters, tours, landmarks, restaurants, hotels, festivals, and cultural experiences through approved listings, editorial, media placements, and trackable campaign links.

MARKETING PARTNERS

Agencies & travel brands

Collaborate on destination marketing, attractions marketing, transportation and rental-car campaigns, sponsored content, and multi-partner visitor journeys.

THE PARTNERSHIP MEASUREMENT FRAMEWORK

Visibility is the start. Evidence is the value.

01Agree on the campaign

Set the audience, approved destinations and offers, official booking or reservation links, campaign dates, and reporting responsibilities.

02Track what EHTB can observe

Report recorded impressions, page activity, outbound clicks, QR scans where instrumented, and inquiries where measurable. These are marketing activity metrics—not bookings.

03Collect partner outcomes

Partners share agreed quarterly totals such as bookings, reservations, ticket sales, offer redemptions, and attributable revenue when available, using reports or aggregated figures.

04Review results together

Quarterly summaries distinguish EHTB-recorded activity, partner-reported outcomes, and independently attributable results. Customer-level personal data is not required.

Measurement depends on the links, booking systems, reporting access, and data each partner can provide. We do not promise a specific increase in bookings or revenue before results are demonstrated.

FLAGSHIP CORPORATE DESTINATION SPONSOR

Make your investment
visible, useful, measurable.

A proposed $50,000 annual campaign for a company seeking more than a logo placement: a coordinated destination-marketing and community-business activation built around agreed deliverables, named placements, campaign dates, and reporting.

Request the flagship sponsorship plan
01 / DIGITAL DESTINATION

Be part of the visitor journey.

Proposed homepage sponsor recognition, a branded lower-third, a 250 × 250 promotional unit, and a clear call to action leading to the sponsor’s approved destination page.

02 / VIDEO & EDITORIAL

Tell a fuller brand story.

Proposed 30-second commercial placement, sponsored editorial or partner feature, and agreed Mood Television and Mood Magazine exposure, subject to approved creative and editorial standards.

03 / RADIO & SOCIAL

Extend the campaign.

Proposed WHRL Mood Radio promotion and scheduled social distribution, with quantities, dates, creative requirements, and make-good terms set out in the signed schedule.

04 / COMMUNITY & BUSINESS

Connect visibility to opportunity.

Planned opportunities for employee engagement, cultural experiences, local-business introductions, and supplier-diversity conversations, coordinated with relevant participants.

05 / CAMPAIGN TRACKING

See what people do next.

Campaign-specific links and QR codes where supported, plus a reporting schedule for recorded impressions, clicks, click-through rate, and inquiries where measurable. Bookings and sales are reported only when verified.

06 / ACCOUNTABILITY

Know what was delivered.

A written activation calendar, named deliverables, quarterly review meetings, and a year-end report separating completed work, measured activity, and unverified or unavailable outcomes.

Important: $50,000 is a proposed annual sponsorship level, not a current rate card or guarantee of results. Final pricing, media quantities, exclusivity, partner permissions, reporting, acceptance criteria, and make-good obligations must be agreed in a signed sponsorship schedule before commitment.

HARLEM RENAISSANCE 4.0 · A TWO-WAY INVITATION

African Diasporic Revival

We invite African tourism authorities, cultural institutions, artists, and local operators to tell their authentic stories with us. We will introduce our audiences to their destinations, contemporary cities, heritage, creative industries, and business opportunities—and welcome their artists and cultural voices to Harlem. The goal is mutual benefit: reciprocal promotion, cultural exchange, tourism pathways, and stronger relationships in both directions.

Our outreach vision is 160 countries. That is an ambition, not a claim of existing agreements in every country.
